Is it secure?

Security is our highest priority. Aurora by Sigholm uses several web services where all suppliers has certification for compliance with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Since both development and management is handled internally at Sigholm for all services we keep total control and full transparency between us and you as customer and end-user.

Who owns my data?

You own all your data that is uploaded to and generated by Aurora by Sigholm, and you always have the rights to adjust any information that belongs to you. Sigholm merely own the rights to handle your data and we are also the only ones with full access to the information. We can also offer you to use our external API to fetch data from Aurora by Sigholm.

How does the pricing work?

Our vision is that your entire organization finds Aurora by Sigholm useful in some way. The platforms' licence is priced based on three entry levels combined with your plants' size and complexity. The license consists of two parts; The first one is a start-up cost for identifying all critical production units in your plant and implementing these in the optimization model that is required to be able to use or production planning. The other part consists of a monthly cost for usage, support and continuous improvements of the platform.

Can you help set up the required data integration?

Of course! If you don't have an internal IT or development team that can set up integrations to send production data to our API we can help you get started safely!

How long do we have to wait for our production data to be shown after uploading?

We offer the possibility to present production data in Aurora by Sigholm as soon as you upload the data to us

How much time does it take to build an optimization model?

This depends on the size and complexity of the plant, as well as the need to adjust your operational work processes to maximise the value of your production. A typical medium-sized plant with 5-10 production units can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months depending on the starting point and your own initial level of ambition.

What if we would like to customize the content in Aurora by Sigholm?

We want to develop with you! We encourage feedback and requests for custom integrations, parameters and content on plant level. Nothing stops you from requesting a specific module in Aurora by Sigholm.

Can we use our own forecasts?

Of course! As long as you have a data integration set up where you can send data to us, you can use any parameters you upload to be included as specific statements for the optimization model, present them in custom widgets and more!

How does the onboarding process work?

We always begin with identifying how the optimization model should be built and trim all critical parameters together with you before we deploy the solution and content to the rest of your users. We also help onboarding your users to Aurora by Sigholm where during this session also suggesting how the platform should be used in the best way possible based on your processes and situation. Our energy engineers are available to you during office hours to answer your questions and collect any feedback you may have.
